Well-Being
Health and well-being services
With over 50 mental health resources and services, the University of Michigan is dedicated to cultivating a culture of well-being, where you can embrace the concept that success in life goes beyond the classroom and careers.
The Well-being Collective is a collaborative effort focused on making U-M a better place to live, work and learn for our students, faculty and staff by implementing a system-wide approach to supporting well-being across our campus. The Collective works from a holistic well-being model and offers well-being resources for all U-M students.

Peer mentoring
College is a big step, and sometimes you can benefit from having a peer mentor who knows the ins-and-outs of everything Michigan has to offer. The College of Engineering Peer Mentoring program has a proud history of connecting Michigan Engineers, some of whom forge lifelong friendships.
Exercise & fitness
Just a short walk from most of your engineering classes, the North Campus Rec Building (NCRB), offers free 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. access to weights, cardio machines, a pool and courts for volleyball, basketball, racquetball and more.
