Michigan Hybrid Racing is a group of students devoted to further developing their skills in innovation and engineering. The team consists of 4 divisions: Mechanical, Electrical, Aero, and Business. Every year the team designs and builds a “Muscle Hybrid”, a high-performance race car that is also an efficient hybrid electric vehicle. At the annual Formula Hybrid SAE Competition the team's car will be tested through several events: Electric Acceleration, Unrestricted Acceleration, Endurance, Autocross, Design, and Marketing.
