Support for Student Organizations

Participation in student organizations can help you develop a support network, refine leadership skills and contribute to the community. The office provides administrative and logistical support for specific events and activities of the:

• Society of Women Engineers (SWE),
• Graduate Society of Women Engineers (GRAD-SWE),
• Association for Women in Science (AWIS),
• Computer Science Alumnae of Michigan (CSAM),
• Movement of Underrepresented Sisters in Engineering and Science (MUSES).

WIE staff maintain memberships in national organizations of special importance to the WIE mission including:

• Women Engineering Program Advocates Network (WEPAN),
• Association for Women in Science (AWIS),
• American Society for Engineering Education ASEE.
