Offices of Support Services
For personal problems, there are a number of offices on campus where staff are available to help students get the support that is needed. In the College, students may contact staff in the following offices:
- Office of Student Affairs
- Engineering Advising Center (especially for first-year and undeclared students)
- Multicultural Engineering Programs Office
- Woman in Engineering Office
- Scholastic Standing Committee
The offices of the UM Dean for Students, the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education, and the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Education are also available resources. Students may also wish to consult directly with the University offices, especially Counseling and Psychological Services, University Health Services, the University Ombuds Office and the Office of Public Safety.
