International Internship Scholarship Program Information

The CoE International Internship Scholarship program offers $1000 of support to Engineering undergraduates pursuing international internships. The program is designed to benefit those who would otherwise face financial barriers to participation. The deadline for application is March 7, 2012.

Program Requirements:

Recipients of the internship scholarship must:

1. Attend pre‐departure meeting with IPE/ECRC
2. Register your International Experience in the M-Compass Registry at http://www.engin.umich.edu/ipe/registry.html
3. Attend a follow‐up meeting with IPE/ECRC upon return

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the scholarship students must:

1. Have completed first year in CoE by the start of the internship
2. Be in good academic standing
3. Obtain an internship outside of home country
4. Work on the internship assignment a minimum of 6 weeks
