Outstanding Student Group Advisor Nomination

Thank you for your nomination for the Outstanding Student Organization Advisor Award. Please complete all fields in the nomination. In addition to completing this form, please send the following attachments to coe.studentawards@umich.edu.

  1. Nomination Statement
    Please specifically describe (typed, 350 word limit) how the advisor has:
    • encouraged student development and leadership
    • displayed genuine concern and commitment to student organizations
    • served as a resource and University representative to the organization
  2. Recommendation Letters
    A minimum of two (2) one-page, signed recommendation letters from students who have worked closely with the nominee.
