Vehicle Rental

To request a University vehicle, complete the Vehicle Reservation & Responsibility Form. Please submit the request as soon as possible to ensure availability.

After completing the reservation form, please complete the CoE Student Organization Domestic Travel Registration. Your reservation won't be processed until the travel registration is completed.

For student orgainzations who are traveling to complete community service or outreach, consider using the Ginsberg Center vehicles.

Student organizations (SSO or VSO status) are eligible to rent vehicles from the University. The reservation policy requires that a University office submit a reservation on behalf of a student organization. In Engineering, the Office of Student Affairs coordinates the vehicle requests. Minivans, station wagons and sedans are available for rental.
