GSI and GSM Information
The Office of Undergraduate Education and the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching North (CRLT North) provides training for all new Graduate Student Instructors (GSIs) in the College of Engineering. At the beginning of the first term of employment as a new GSI, your department is responsible for informing the GSI Training Coordinator, Sharon Sansoterra of the need for GSI training. In addition to training, each GSI will be assigned an Engineering GSI Mentor (EGSM), who will provide mentoring and support with any classroom issues.
