I understand that by submitting this application, I will be matched with a peer mentor in the College of Engineering Peer Mentoring Program. I will also be placed on an email group that will send me more information about mentoring activities and events. I agree to contact my mentor once I have been assigned to him/her, and I will make every effort to attend the events sponsored by the Peer Mentoring Program. If I decide that I do not want to continue with this program at any point during the academic year, I will notify my mentor and a program coordinator of my decision.
