Our committee has a Publicity chair to ensure your session is well advertised. We will work with you to customize publicity to suite your recruitment needs. This includes reaching out to non-engineers or limiting your session to selected students only.

Advertisement Methods:

1. Flyers : Flyers will be posted around North Campus the day of your information session. The flier will display the necessary information about your company's information session.  If you would like us to hang fliers or posters that you have created, please mail 15 copies of the flier a week prior to your session to:

2. Emails : An email will be sent out to the entire College of Engineering every Monday morning to announce the information sessions for the upcoming week. Math and physics students will also receive the email if there are sessions affecting them.

3. Web: Students can view the current schedule of information sessions on this website.

4. EECS Atrium : We record upcoming sessions on a large white board in the high traffic area of the EECS atrium.

5. Independent Methods: We welcome you to advertise your session through any preferred medium. If you have a suggested means of advertising that we have not considered, we would appreciate your input. Please email Eileen Hsiao, our Publicity Chair, at swe.cis.publicity@umich.edu.
