2006 PLAN:

1.) Read SAE Aero Design rulebook and look at the SAE Aero Design Home Page

2.) Find a Faculty Advisor

3.) RECRUIT --visit upcoming AIAA and SGT meetings and advertise the competition
--Provide hardcopy materials of project overview, basic rules, benefits of participating, etc...

4.) Find Work Space
--Unused Aero laboratory in FXB or Wilson Student Project Center.

5.) Open Student Organization & Activities Service (SOAS) account
--This is necessary for depositing and spending money for the project.

6.) SPONSORSHIP
--Target aerospace and composites interests within the area.  Must provide information to
potential sponsors about where their money is going and how it will be used, otherwise
you probably won't be getting any.

7.) Visit Lawrence Tech and/or attend the Georgia competition as an observer to see what
needs to be done, how it is done, and to get excited about it!

8.) Position the team to participate in the summer 2007 competition.
