The Institute of Industrial Engineers strives to provide an awareness of the Industrial and Operations Department and its resources. IIE works to develop an interdepartmental relationship as well as present insight into career opportunities. By maintaining a strong relationship with the IIE National Chapter, an industry network is sustained.

Plus, putting just one word on such an important exam and hoping the professor understands what he means is risky in and of itself!
Enter the Join IIE webpage located at the IIE National Website. The easiest way is to apply online as a student member. When prompted, select the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor chapter and enter the name of our faculty advisor Goker Aydin, email ayding@umich.edu. You will then have access to the New Member Application. Upon completion, print out the final confirmation page and bring it to one of the IIE Officers.
