The awards were announced at the First Annual Chemical Engineering Graduate Symposium.

ChE Graduate students are eligible for the following awards:

• ChE Excellence in Teaching Award
This award is given to a ChE Masters or PhD student who has displayed enthuasistic commitment to student learning during his/her tenure as a GSI.


• ChE Excellence in Research Award
This award is given to a ChE PhD student who has demonstrated dedication, exceptional communication skills and creativity in his/her research.


• ChE Outstanding Service Award
This award is given to a ChE PhD student who has made positive contributions to the community.
