II.  Discussion of Roles, Responsibilities - Tony
	a.  President- Main contact with college.  Submits agenda and budget.
	b.  Treasurer- Works reimbursements, manages accounts
	c.  Secretary- Meeting minutes, recruits new members, event advertizing

III.  Current Action Items
	a.  Grad Student Symposium Planning meeting - Eric J.
		-College is combining PREVIEW (minority grad recruiting), Grad Info Day, and Grad Student Symposium into one event.
		-In need of Chair or Co-Chairs
		-Discussion ended with that "we'd help out, but not assume any of the Chair positions."
	b.  Meeting with James next week - Eric D.
		-Eric will meet with James next week.
	c.  Preparations for Summer Seminar Series - Tony
		-Budget due in september
		-No problem finding interested students to speak
		-6 weeks of 2 talks each week
		-Need to determine good way to discourage food stealers but not encroach on talks
