About Lil' MUSES

Although the primary goal of the organization is to provide a social and professional support structure for women pursuing advanced degrees, its members would also like to strengthen the link between themselves and the undergraduate body. Each graduate member is paired up with a "Lil' MUSE" within their own department who would also like to participate in our discussions/social activities. Lil' Sisters must express interest in graduate/professional school and be classified as sophomores, juniors, and/or seniors. During the 2007-08 academic year, MUSES will focus on strategies to build stronger mentor/mentee relationships.

Several of the organization’s activities are designed specifically to encourage both social and professional interaction between mentors and mentees. The 2008 - 2009 calendar is posted.
