Information on the U-M SBT       Membership: Generally 10-20 undergraduate (all years) & graduate students. Mostly civil engineering students; however membership is open to any interested (including non-engineering) students.   Season:    September-October: Recruitment, mass meetings, learn rules, fund raising    October-November: Preliminary design, design analysis    November-December: CAD modeling, order steel    December-March: Shop training, fabrication    March: Construction practice, load tests, modifications    Early April: Regional competition    April-May (if necessary): Modifications, construction practice    Late May (if necessary): National competition   Structural Analysis Software:    RISA 3D   CAD software:    AutoCAD   Fabrication facility:    Wilson Student Team Project Center
