Problem description: The new CAEN printer/copiers just installed in every lab have a problematic touch screen. The buttons are very small and very close together. Before they were set to print automatically, the “cancel job” button was immediately adjacent to the “release job” (print) button. Still, too many of the menus have buttons perfect for the hands of a 5 year old. (See picture)
Proposed solution: Enlarge the buttons, or in some cases merely
space them apart. Extra menu screens are annoying, but perhaps some
must either be added, or some options must be removed or moved to
different screens to make space.
