In order to instal and be able to access the web-cam system you have to
allow some Acive-X controls to install in your computer. To do that
follow the procedure listed below.
1.In Internet Explorer go to Tool/Internet Options/Security/
2. Click on Custom level
3. Scroll down until you see "Active-x Controls and plug-ins"
4. Mark ENABLE on all the options under Active-X (except the one that says
"Prompt...".
5. Click OK and APPLY
6. Click on the link above
7. You may still see a warning message at the beginning of the
installation and you may have to
8. To login use username/password assigned to you
9. After you can watch the Web-Cams you may go to: Tool/Internet options
and select Default Level again.
10. You only hav eto do this the first time
