Industry sponsored student projects provide hands-on, real-world experience. Michigan Engineering is providing students with practical project experiences throughout their engineering education. In order to keep these project experiences "real" and relevant, industry sponsors are critical.

Student projects are an excellent opportunity for your organization to challenge students with projects that have specific time, budget and design considerations. Project sponsorship allows students to apply their engineering skills to your organization's challenges. Through project sponsorship, you are introduced to a group of highly motivated prospective employees. Providing a student project helps introduce your organization to students, and faculty, and provides campus with insight into the operations of your organization and the types of challenges you face.
