Shannon Small joined the University of Michigan's College of Engineering in October of 2006 as a Recruiting Coordinator at the Engineering Career Resource Center. Her responsibilities involve managing on-campus recruiting activities for employers (names beginning with J-Z) interested in hiring College of Engineering students for cooperative education, internship and full-time positions.

Shannon has worked in higher education since 2003. She has worked Career Services at several universities.

Shannon holds an M.Ed in Higher Education and a B.A. in English and Psychology.
