Once applications are received by the College of Engineering, they are assessed by the hosting departments and either approved or denied. Tuition fellowships are not guaranteed with a department's acceptance of a student. Distribution of tuition fellowships will be determined by the College of Engineering Associate Dean of Graduate Education after all departments have determined the admission status of each of the nominated exchange student applicants. Once a student has been earmarked for a tuition fellowship, an official letter will be sent from the Associate Dean of Graduate Education to the student.
Students from institutions that are members of the Global Engineering Education Exchange (GE3) must apply through their home institutions' connection to the GE3 program.
