Alpha Pi Mu (APM)

APM is the only nationally recognized Industrial & Operations Engineering Honor Society. The Georgia Tech engineers who led the initial developmental work of Alpha Pi Mu wanted an organization to provide an inspiration for young students, to provide a common ground on which their outstanding young engineers could exchange ideas, and to provide experiences which could help their future professional development.

Graduate Student Advisory Committee (GSAC)

The CoE Graduate Student Advisory Committee (GSAC) was formed in September 2002, by the Associate Dean for Graduate Education.  It consists of representatives from CoE graduate programs and major graduate student societies.  Many of the committee members sit on multiple campus boards.  Under the direction of the Coordinator of Graduate Education Programs, the GSAC group meets bi-monthly, to identify and plan activities for graduate students, as well as to address areas of concern.  GSAC welcomes any suggestions for new program ideas, action items, etc.
