Arlyne Simon is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. She attends the Georgia Tech University, and plans to apply to the Biomedical Engineering department here at UM. Her research focus will be on cellular and metabolic engineering. Arlyne is interested in UM because of her research interests--many professors have labs in this field. She also thinks Ann Arbor is a good location.
