Engineering Departmental Visitations

March 5-8, 2009 and March 19-22, 2009 

The Engineering Departmental Visitations program is a multi-day, college-wide event designed to offer prospective Ph.D students an in-depth look at both the college and departments. The program is by invitation only. Students will have the opportunity to tour departments, interact with faculty, meet with current graduate students and talk to their peers from across the country, all while getting the flavor of Ann Arbor.  Airfare, transportation, hotels and meals are provided to invited graduate student participants.  Past Departmental Visitations have been attended by an average of 290 students.  Of those who matriculated, many cited their Departmental Visitations experience as having been a key factor in their decision.

Individual departments have designated which weekend (Primary) they would prefer students to attend.  Please refer to Weekend Selection in the left menu bar.
