The goal of our Climate and Inclusion programs is to create a campus environment where all students develop cross-cultural competencies while learning in a respectful, inclusive climate. We work to build an academic excellence community committed to serving students from a wide range of backgrounds. Our initiatives are designed to prepare engineers with diverse perspectives to be innovative leaders in a global society. Our Center offers dynamic “collaborative learning” experiences (seminars, speaker series, etc.) that support CoE students in successfully achieving their educational and career goals.
