Mary Beth Damm
Mary Beth Damm services as the Director of the College of Engineering Office of Engineering Outreach & Engagement. She also assists Engineering faculty in planning and development of educational outreach activities in support of external funding requests. Previously she was the Associate Director, Ginsberg Center for Community Service and Learning at the University of Michigan.

Cinda-Sue Davis, PH.D
Since 1984, Cinda-Sue Davis has directed the University of Michigan Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Program which encourages girls and women, from elementary school through graduate school, in science, engineering and mathematics through intervention programming, advocacy and research. Currently she is co-directing the Michigan STEM Academy for the UM College of Engineering.

James Holloway
James Holloway serves as Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education. Dr. Holloway has been a member of the Department of Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Sciences at the University of Michigan since 1990.
Derrick E. Scott
Derrick E. Scott serves as Director of the College of Engineering’s Multicultural Engineering Programs Office, which enables the mainstream college outreach recruitment process in support of diversity and provides programs and services for retaining and graduating students from diverse cultures and backgrounds in Engineering. Derrick is also co-director the Michigan STEM Academy for the UM College of Engineering.

Robert D. Scott
Robert D. Scott serves as Managing Director, Center for Engineering Diversity and Outreach. In this capacity, he is responsible for supporting the diversity and outreach strategy and programs across the Engineering College. In addition, Mr. Scott serves as Director of the Information System Executive Forum (a CIO development network) of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Lucie Howell
Lucie Howell, a master's engineering graduate from Imperial College, University of London, is responsible for the creation, development, implementation and evaluation of K-12 engineering education enrichment and transfer student support programs. These programs are focused in the pipeline development and college success activities of the Center for Engineering Diversity & Outreach.

Mark Jones
Mark Jones is responsible for transition programs and services that serve undergraduate students with an emphasis on 1st and 2nd year populations. Mark is coordinator for the student support and development staff, the Professional-in-Training program and is an academic coach for the M-STEM Academy.

Leigh McGrath
Leigh McGrath serves as the Unit Administrator for the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education and Associate Dean for Entrepreneurial Programs. She is also the Lead of the Administrative team in the Center for Engineering Diversity and Outreach.

Debbie Taylor
Debbie Taylor serves as Director within the Women in Science and Engineering Program. Previous roles include Program Director for the Graduate Experience Project and Assistant Director, Career Planning and Placement. Debbie has written articles for career development publications including the Journal of Career Planning and Placement, Black Collegian and Diversity Careers in Engineering and Information Technology.
