Diploma Application and Final Senior Audits

Please come to the ChE Undergraduate Program Office in 3090 Dow or in Sandy Swisher's office in 3118 Dow to pick up a DIPLOMA APPLICATION and a FINAL SENIOR AUDIT REQUEST FORM during the first week of your last term. Completed forms are returned to the same office.

*Please remember you must submit a diploma application to receive your degree.

NOTE: The College of Engineering holds separate graduation exercises only in Spring (at the end of Winter Term). If you are graduating in December 2005 and would like to participate in the College of Engineering Spring Graduation Exercises, please email CoEGraduationGuru@umich.edu in January 2005. As a December 2005 graduate, your name will NOT be in the Spring University or CoE program. If you want to obtain a Winter University 2005 program, contact CoEGraduationGuru@umich.edu after the December 18, 2005 event to request one.
