We have a Reflection CLSM (Leica TCS SP2, Leica, Bannockburn, IL, USA) which is mounted on an inverted microscope (Leica DMIRE2). We also have the capability of attaching a shear cell to the microscope and studying materials under flow. We also have a fast acqisition Nipkow confocal microscope.
