WELCOME
to the Chemical Engineering Junior Level Lab (ChE-360) The course includes a weekly 4 hours session in the lab, in which various experiments are conducted. There are also two weekly single hour lectures that cover topics such as error analysis, experimental design and technical communication. Evaluation of the student's performance is based mainly on the reports handed in and on the oral presentations that are given in front of the class. The goal of the University of Michigan ChE 360 laboratory is to introduce the students to some of the practical skills they need in order to put to use the scientific and engineering concepts they have acquired throughout their studies. Terms offered: Fall and Winter. Credit hours: 4 Pre-requisites: Every required ChE class up to (and including) 342, with 344 concurrent.
