We regularly seek alumni to give short presentations about chemical engineering concepts in the real world and the different directions that careers can take starting with a BSE in Chemical Engineering. To learn about these opportunities, join the alumni LinkedIn group.
We also plan on-campus mentoring activities, some centered around homecoming in the Fall term. Please join the LinkedIn group to get updates.
If you can't visit campus in person, you can still help young chemical engineers by corresponding with them as a mentor. Register with the College of Engineering Career Resource Center's Professional Network.
As you know, our undergraduate and graduate programs are among the best in the country. We know that if we want to maintain our high standards of excellence we must do our best to enhance the academic experience for all of our students. Contributions from our alumni and friends help us to accomplish this goal. Your gifts will help us with our plans to improve our undergraduate and graduate labs, and to enhance the visibility of our department through seminars and symposiums.
We thank all of you who are already supporting us with your contributions. We know that our generous alumni base sets Michigan apart from other schools!
