Scheduled Maintenance:
Windows server reboots

December 10, 06:30
On Thursday, December 10 between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m., monthly maintenance will be performed on various CAEN Windows servers. The following servers will be rebooted in order to apply updates:
- caen-sharepoint
- caen-sql1
- caen-tc01
- changepw
- license15
- license16
- vs3
This may interrupt some services that CAEN provides. The interruptions will typically last less than 15 minutes, but could last longer. The services listed below may be affected:
- Applications may fail to launch on CAEN-supported Windows lab and research computers.
- The web page for changing ENGIN domain Windows passwords will be unavailable.
- Access to CAEN NAS home directories via WebDAV and SFTP will not be available; access via drive N: on CAEN-supported Windows lab and research computers will still be available.
- Team Center will not be available.
- The CAEN SharePoint server will not be available.
In the event that maintenance is not required on this day, this outage will be canceled with as much advance notice as is possible.
