We hope you’ve all taken a moment to check out the exciting changes happening in the Duderstadt Center, room 1315 (formerly, “the Maze”)! This space is the continuing home for the DMC User Support & Media Services team, and is now also the NEW home for the CAEN Hotline and for GroundWorks, the media conversion facility. It is our hope that you will find the new location for the Hotline and Groundworks more convenient and accessible.

The CAEN Hotline Fall and Winter semester hours are:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The GroundWorks facility is available anytime the Duderstadt Center is open. Staffed Hours are:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In addition, the GroundWorks Postershop is open weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
