CSC no longer providing Dell repairs
The CAEN Service Center (CSC) no longer provides repair service for Dell computers or HP printers. We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause the U-M community. These changes are being made in response to the high volume of personal repairs, and the CSC is not equipped to be a high volume general repair facility.
Many people on campus are already having their hardware repaired by third parties and there are many options. For assistance with Dell service options, please see the following web site for suggestions www.engin.umich.edu/caen/csc/dell.html. For assistance with HP printer service options, please see this site www.engin.umich.edu/caen/csc/hpprinter.html.
Even though we are ending Dell computer and HP printer repair, we are prepared to provide assistance to CoE faculty as required. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this change, please contact Mark Giufrrida, the Director of CAEN, markg@umich.edu.
