Anti-Virus Software Problems on Win2K Machines Resolved
Recently the CAEN lab dual boot Win2K/Linux machines were unable to scan for viruses. When Linux was installed onto these workstations, the virus scan software was affected. This issue has been resolved. Currently virus definition updates are sent to lab machines on an hourly basis, and the on-access scanner that automatically scans files that are accessed is fully functional.
