Get Help at the CAEN Hotline
Knowledgeable consultants are available to help you with your account, software, and general computer questions at the CAEN Hotline. You can visit the Hotline in room 1315 of the Duderstadt Center, call them at (734) 764-CAEN, or email them via the Contact CAEN feature of CAEN web. CAEN Hotline consultants will be able to:
- Assist with accessing CAEN facilities, email and software
- Issue CAEN accounts and help with account-related problems
- Answer basic questions about Windows, Linux, and Mac OS
- Troubleshoot network, server, and printing problems
- Set up laptops for CAEN Wireless access
CAEN Hotline Fall/Winter semester hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
CAEN Hotline Spring/Summer & Holiday hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
