The CAEN Hotline
The CAEN Hotline is the College of Engineering's computing help desk located on North Campus. Hotline consultants are available to answer your questions about accessing CAEN's computer labs, software, wireless network, and other CAEN computing services. You may visit the main Hotline in room 1315 of the Duderstadt Center, or the Hotline Express desk on the second floor (next to the Library's reserves desk). You may also call a Hotline consultant at (734) 764-CAEN (2236), live chat online, or send email to caen@umich.edu.

Hours of Operation
The CAEN Hotline's hours vary depending on the time of year. On days when classes are not in session (e.g. during exams or recess), the Hotline is only open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Hotline is also only open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the first day of classes each term, for staff scheduling and training.
The Hotline is closed during University holidays. The Hotline is also closed when the Duderstadt Center is closed.
In general, during the term and while classes are in session, the Hotline is open at the following times:
