My document was not printed/copied correctly in a CAEN computer lab? How do I get a refund?
CAEN will only provide a refund for pages that are damaged due to printer malfunction (e.g. pages that are folded, ripped, or crumpled; ink that is smeared or streaked; etc.). CAEN will not provide refunds for pages that are unsatisfactory due to a user's own error in operating the printer or selecting the wrong "image adjustment" options (e.g. Reduce/Enlarge, Lighten/Darken, Contrast, Sharpness, etc.).
To obtain a refund for pages damaged by a CAEN lab printer, you must bring the damaged pages into the CAEN Hotline (1315 Duderstadt Center). A CAEN manager will examine the pages, and determine your eligibility for a refund.
