Printers in the Duderstadt Center are owned and operated by ITCS Sites. This means that each page you print will be deducted from your ITCS Basic Computing Package (BCP). To check the balance in your BCP, visit the following ITCS web site:

ITCS provides a web service that allows you to upload documents to ITCS spoolers, such as those in the Duderstadt Center. Pages that you print will be deducted from your Basic Computing Package (BCP). For more information, please visit:
How do I print to a Duderstadt Center color printer?
ITCS Sites color printers are available at the Duderstadt Center on North Campus. Color printers are available in 2nd Floor South and 3rd floor Northeast sections of the Duderstadt Center. You can print to these printers using the same commands as with any other printer, and all fees will be charged to your U-M student account.
Note: Rebates for bad pages due to unexpected colors, low resolutions, or accidental selections of the printer are viewed as "user mistakes" and unfortunately are not subject to a rebate. If you have any problem with the printers in the Duderstadt Center, you will need to email ITCS Sites at sites@umich.edu, or call them at 734-647-4837 (S-ITES on a campus phone).
