CAEN labor rates (for Engineering departments only) are as follows:

• The basic rate for CAEN staff is: $59/hour
• The basic rate for the CAEN Service Center is: $62/hour
• The priority rate for the CAEN Service Center is: $90/hour

The CAEN staff rate is assessed for computer repairs, diagnostics, installations, moving computers from one location to another, networking and other hardware related service orders, and system administration when they are not covered by an existing COE Service Subscription.
