If you would like to make a change in your service subscriptions, you should fill out and submit a CAEN Service Subscription Form describing the services you would like to add/remove.

Note: Under some circumstances, your computer's software may need to be reinstalled. The cost to reinstall a computer with the CAEN Operating Environment (COE) is $100. If you subscribe to the COE Update Subscription there is no additional cost to install or upgrade your host, unless hardware is required.
