COE Service Subscriptions

To enhance productivity within the CAEN Operating Enviroment (COE), CAEN offers a variety of add-on service subscriptions. These services can be purchased "a la carte" or bundled in convenient "Level" packages. A COE is required in order to purchase any of the following service subscriptions:

Note: Requests for system administration activities to be performed by CAEN staff on computers with a COE, but without the Update Subscription, must be submitted via the CAEN Equipment & Service Form and will be performed if staff expertise and time is available. These tasks will be billed on a time and materials basis to the nearest 1/2 hour.
