Connected Backup Service for Windows

Connected Backup is provided through ITCS, and is an available option for supported Microsoft Operating Systems. Faculty and staff can purchase the Connected Backup Service from CAEN separately, or in combination with a COE Update Subscription. This service provides 40 GB of space per workstation; the costs for both options are given below.

  • Connected Backup Service only: An initial fee of $50 includes setup and maintenance from the date of installation through December 31st of any year. A yearly $60 maintenance fee is charged in January for the next calendar year.
  • Connected Backup Service plus the COE Update Subscription: The combined monthly fee for both is $28.50 which includes both setup and maintenance.
