Note: The CAEN Service Center will be ending campus-wide Apple repair on May 30, 2008. The CAEN Service Center will remain available as a convenience for College of Engineering departments.
ITCS will be announcing a new campus wide Apple repair service shortly.
The CAEN Service Center offers a convenient Apple computer repair facility for all University departments, students, and employees. We are a fully authorized warranty and non-warranty repair facility for Apple computers only.
We are located in 1404 Duderstadt Center, just inside of the loading dock. There is a 15-minute parking spot on the loading dock that can be used by Service Center customers while dropping off or picking up equipment. If the 15-minute spot is not available, parking may be difficult to find. If you park illegally, you do so at your own risk.
- Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Service Center is closed during University holidays.
