Welcome to the CAEN Service Center!

The CAEN Service Center offers a convenient Apple computer repair facility for all College of Engineering departments. We are a fully authorized warranty and non-warranty repair facility for Apple computers only. Non-departmental repairs should contact the U-M Computer Showcase for support.

Service Center

We are located in 1404 Duderstadt Center, just inside of the loading dock. There is a 15-minute parking spot on the loading dock that can be used by Service Center customers while dropping off or picking up equipment. If the 15-minute spot is not available, parking may be difficult to find. If you park illegally, you do so at your own risk.

  • Hours of Operation:  Monday - Friday,  2:00 - 4:00 p.m, or by appointment. The Service Center is closed during University holidays.
