Camp CAEN - Check In/Out Procedures

Residential campers should report to Bursley Hall between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the Sunday before your session begins.  Camp activities run Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. All meals are provided at Bursley.  If you need to leave camp at ANY time during the session, your parents will need to send written norification.

Residential CITs (Counselors in Training) should report to Bursley Hall between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on the Sunday before your Session begins.

All camp sessions end of the last Friday at 12:00 noon.  Check out time is between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on that day. Camp staff wil be available to inspect rooms and collect keys.  Friends and family are invited to attend the Camp Open House to view student projects and meet the instructors.  The open house takes place at Chesebrough Auditorium, located in the Chrysler Center.

Commuter students should report to the Chesebrough Auditorium on the first Monday of their session between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m to check in. After the first day, students should report directly to their morning classroom. Camp activities run Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Lunch will be provided at the Bursley Residence Hall. There will be a variety of recreational activities offered between 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. each day. If you need to leave camp before that time on any day, please have your parents send written notification. Parents can pick up their campers at the circle drive between the Pierpont Commons and the Wilson Theatre.
