The College of Engineering Student/Alumni Network enables alumni and students to connect via e-mail - a great way for students to get advice, make new friends and start to network.

How do you get started?

Alumni can register online through the HireME website at https://www.myinterfase.com/umich-engin/mentor/home.aspx. This site will allow you to set up your login, password and profile. This process should take no longer than 5-10 minutes. For questions about using the system or registering, contact ecrc-info@umich.edu or (734) 647-7160.

Students seeking advice from experienced Michigan Engineers about departmental concentrations, graduate school, interviewing, living in a new city, finding internships, choosing a career and more will contact you by e-mail. Your response may change a life. No student will receive your name until you provide it. Only Michigan students will have access to the system. You decide how many times you are willing to be contacted. Students have been instructed not to use the service to solicit employment. You may remove yourself from the network at any time.
