New Chair of Michigan Engineering Fund—Douglas Dunn

M. Douglas (Doug) Dunn (BSE ME ’67) has accepted the position of chair for the Michigan Engineering Fund.

“I was a scholarship and loan student,” Dunn said, “I’m honored to have been asked to lead this important effort for the College.” He went on to say that, whether a student received a scholarship or not, it was still important that “someone had previously invested in the buildings and faculty that equipped each of us with the tools to compete. Now it’s our turn to reinvest in the future of Michigan Engineering.”

Currently, Dunn is a partner in the Wall Street law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, a leader in global project finance, corporate and financial services law. He is also the chair of the firm's power and energy practice.
