The CoE Human Resources Office, under the guidance of the UM Statement on Stewardship and UM Standard Practice Guide (SPG), seeks to provide support, leadership and resources to recruit, retain, and develop an excellent and diverse faculty and staff. The HR Office works cooperatively with the Offices of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and the Associate Dean for Research on matters pertaining to Faculty and PRS employment.
