Mission

MISSION

The mission of the College of Engineering Graduate Student Advisory Committee (GSAC) is to bring together student representatives from every College of Engineering graduate department and program. The intent of convening this advisory committee is to promote communication regarding ideas and concerns pertaining to the issues faced by graduate students, develop quality programs, advocate for improvements, and to create a sense of community in the College of Engineering.

OBJECTIVES

1. Maintain communication channels

2. Make attending graduate school easier

3. Identify and provide solutions to student concerns

4. Build relationships among students and faculty/staff

5. Establish meaningful programs that will foster personal and professional development of students

6. Foster a sense of community on North Campus

7. Make graduate school fun and exciting
