The 2008-09 Guidelines and a Description of Process for Instructional faculty promotion and tenure cases in CoE may be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat (PDF).  The Casebook template can be downloaded in either Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word format.  Use the Word template file to create the casebook.  In addition, a Microsoft Word version of the letters to the external reviewers may be downloaded.  (Please note there are now two sample letters.)

Please note that all Instructional faculty casebooks are due in the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (ADAA) office by November 26, 2008.   All Research Faculty casebooks are due in the Associate Dean for Research (ADR) office by noon on November 26, 2008.  (The appropriate guidelines are located at their website.)
