Promotion and Tenure

The 2009-10 Guidelines and a Description of Process for Instructional faculty promotion and tenure cases in CoE may be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat (PDF).  The 2009-10 Casebook template may be downloaded in Microsoft Word format.  Use the Word template file to create the casebook.  In addition, a Microsoft Word version of the letters to the external reviewers may be downloaded.  (Please note there are now two sample letters.)

Please note that all Instructional faculty casebooks are due in the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (ADAA) office no later than noon on November 23, 2009.   All Research Faculty casebooks are due in the Associate Dean for Research (ADR) office no later than noon on November 23, 2009.  (The appropriate guidelines are located at their website.)

A copy of the Promotion/Tenure Casebook Committee Chair's Meeting presentation (held May 28, 2009) is available in Adobe Acrobat (PDF).

A copy of the promotion/tenure casebook preparer's workshop presentation (Date TBA) will be posted as soon as they are available following the workshop.
